1. Salary payment date: the 8th day of each month is the company's payday. In case of holidays, the payment shall be advanced or postponed to the latest working day, and shall not exceed the 15th day at the latest;

3. Confidentiality of remuneration: remuneration belongs to personal privacy. No employee shall ask or discuss the remuneration of other employees in public or in private.

5. Insurance and housing fund


5.1 the company shall purchase social insurance and housing accumulation fund within 30 days upon entry of the company in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations. The employees shall not pay social insurance and housing accumulation fund on the next day after leaving the company.The individual payment will be deducted from the monthly salary by the company, and the payment rate will be in accordance with the relevant local standards.In order to solve the problem that it is difficult for all non-residents to see a doctor, the company pays 'medical insurance first class' for all employees: that is, the original 'comprehensive medical insurance', including outpatient service and hospitalization, which are not restricted by the administrative level of the hospital.

6.1 all employees who have worked in the company for two years can enjoy a serious illness medical insurance with the insured amount of RMB 3 million for their whole family (including their spouses and children).


6.2 the company will pay 500-1000 yuan to employees' parents in Mid-Autumn festival and Spring Festival;

9. Employee health management
