1. Working hours


1.1 the company implements standard working hours system. The average working hours are no more than 40 hours per week, and the standard working hours do not include meal time and overtime.Standard working hours: 9:00 ~ 12:00, 13:30 ~ 18:00, 7.5 hours in total;The monthly meeting starts from 9:00 to 12:00 on a Saturday at the beginning of each month.



2. Attendance mode, object and punch card management


2.1 the company USES mobile APP to punch in and out of work. If the APP fails to punch in due to failure of the APP, please give feedback to the attendance administrator and punch in at least twice a day.


2.2 for the staff attendance record object: 200 yuan after the obtainment of regular employees enjoy perfect attendance awards (not in violation of the provisions of the attendance management, monthly attendance period without late arrival, no more than two and not leave outside the holiday or annual leave evaluation for whole QinZhe may obtain 200 yuan monthly attendance record attendance rewards, company or organization's activities arranged holiday plan hair perfect attendance);There is no reward for probationary employees, and the result of attendance will be used as the evaluation basis of whether to become a regular employee or not.


2.3 all personnel shall punch out according to the APP when they go out on business, and shall return to the company to punch out before leaving work on the same day (those who are still at the destination after 17:00 do not need to punch in the company, but can punch out at the destination directly), otherwise, they shall be deemed to leave their posts without authorization and be treated as absenteeism.If the employee cannot return to the company on the day when he/she is out of town or has a long journey, he/she shall report to the personnel administration department in the form of phone call, email or WeChat in advance for the reason why he/she cannot return to the company.


2.4 if you fail to punch the card or forget to punch the card, you shall apply for card replacement through APP. If you fail to punch the card (no punching record or card replacement record) for more than two times (excluding) in the current month, you will be fined 50 yuan per time.If you fail to punch out more than five times in the same month or are confirmed to have failed to report to the company as failing to punch out, it is a serious violation of the company's system.At the same time, the company has the right to terminate the labor relationship without any economic compensation.



3. Work time discipline, rewards and punishments


3.1 definition:


3.1.1 lateness: those who fail to show up for work after the stipulated working time are deemed to be late;


3.1.2 leave early: those who leave work before the scheduled time will be deemed to leave early;


3.1.3 absenteeism: absence from work for more than 60 minutes without leave or absence from work without permission shall be regarded as absenteeism.


3.2 in case of late arrival, early departure or absenteeism due to non-compliance with the working time discipline, penalties will be imposed.


For late arrival or early departure within 60 minutes, 20 yuan will be deducted for the first time, 30 yuan for the second time, and 10 yuan will be increased successively.There will be no penalty for being late or leaving early for less than 10 minutes twice a month.Late arrival or early departure more than 10 times in the same month is a serious violation of the company's system, and the company has the right to terminate the labor relationship without any economic compensation.


3.2.3 in case of typhoon, rainstorm, snow, earthquake or other force majeure factors (orange or above warning signals issued by the local meteorological bureau), the relevant penalty shall not be counted.


3.2.4 employee absenteeism during probation is directly dismissed;Absenteeism within three days (excluding) in the current month shall be deducted three times of the monthly wages.Absent from work for three consecutive days (including) or more, or for five days in the year, is a serious violation of the company's rules and regulations, and the labor relationship will be terminated without any economic compensation.


3.2.5 during absenteeism, the employee shall not be entitled to any salary or benefits.



4. Overtime management


4.1 the company does not advocate working overtime, and it advocates efficient operation. Employees' own work should be completed within normal working hours without any deliberate delay.According to the relevant provisions of 'labor law', under the premise of not harming the interests of employees, the company has the right to arrange employees to work overtime according to work and business needs.However, overtime shall not exceed three hours per day or 36 hours per month.


4.2 if the employee needs to work overtime, he/she shall apply for overtime through the APP in advance and submit it to his/her immediate superior for approval and copy to the human resources administrative center.


4.3 in case of sudden or temporary work, overtime application can be submitted on the APP.


4.4 the minimum unit to declare overtime is 0.5 hours.


4.5 the statistics of whether the employees work overtime or not and the overtime hours shall be based on the overtime application signed and approved by the superior leaders and the attendance record.Overtime work without approval shall not be regarded as overtime work.


4.6 employees who work overtime shall enjoy the following benefits:


4.6.1 if employees work overtime on ordinary working days and weekends, the company shall arrange the vacation within one quarter.In case of special circumstances, the staff can arrange the rest days off within 12 months.If you still cannot arrange the rest within 12 months, you will be paid overtime according to the relevant provisions of the labor law.


4.6.2 employees who work overtime on statutory holidays will be paid 300 percent of the salary and will not have to take any extra time off.


4.7 the following situations shall not be deemed as overtime work:


4.7.1 work within the normal working scope, but have to work outside the normal working hours due to personal work efficiency.


4.7.2 travel and other entertainment activities organized by the company on holidays;After-hours entertainment organized by the company on non-holidays.


4.7.3 travel time and overtime meal time.


4.7.4 organize various trainings in non-working hours.


4.7.5 office managers extend working hours without the assignment or consent of superior leaders.


4.7.6 sales staff's business time or attend social occasions due to work needs.



5. Business trip management


5.1 those who can return within one day on business are deemed as short-distance business trips, and all short-distance business trips must be submitted by APP;


5.2 if you cannot return within one day and need to go abroad for accommodation, it shall be deemed as a long-distance business trip. All long-distance business trips must be applied for on the APP in advance and attached with the business trip plan or 'business trip plan approval form'.


5.3 during the business trip, the travel personnel should send the daily trip report to the department head and general manager and copy it to the human resources administration center.


5.4 attendance during short business trips will be based on the APP clock;Attendance during long-distance business trip will be based on APP clocking, approval form of business trip plan and daily trip report.
